Daggers and knives have existed as both tool and weapon for countless centuries, appearing in almost limitless variety; from a Renaissance main gauche to a horn handled switchblade to the bayonet issued to US soldiers in Vietnam.

We typically stock between two and four copies of each piece unless specified one of a kindAs these are custom pieces there may be very slight variations in either hilt or blade. Many, but not all, weapons on this page are available with scabbards/sheaths. Be sure to call in advance to check on availability or with specific inquiries.

Daggers

Daggers are generally defined as a fighting knife with a sharp point and two sharp edges (ours are safely blunted of course!) and they can be found throughout history and in every culture. Daggers are one of the earliest weapons crafted by Humans.

The Rondel Dagger was a popular European sidearm that served as a tool and a weapon. The term "rondel" comes from the round disks that often served as the guard and pommel.
