We are available and ready to help so send us an email (preferredarms@gmail.com) or call us (703-725-7101) and we will take it from there. (We can send photos of anything we have so just let us know what you need.) Look for the new site to be up and running by mid-March.
Please make sure we have:
- Your name
- The name of your production company/theatre/school
- The items you are interested in (include needs for scabbards, hangers, holsters, etc.)
- The exact date you want the props to arrive
- The date you will return them
- Your complete shipping address
- Your complete billing address
- Contact phone numbers for all relevant parties
- Contact email addresses for all relevant parties
- Include a scan of the driver’s license or passport with the current address that matches the billing address of the card used for the rental (Universities, schools & established “brick and mortar” theater companies may disregard this requirement)
- There will be a refundable deposit required based upon the equipment that is rented (Universities, schools & established “brick and mortar” theater companies may disregard this requirement)
- We accept credit card information via phone call (703-725-7101)
